Cabins can be rented during the off season (Sep to the 3rd week in Jun). During the off season the Lodge is not open; outhouses are open but without running water. Many cabins, but not all, are equipped with wood stoves for heat – see cabin listing below for details.
IMPORTANT: Note that, per DCR regulations, firewood can not be brought into Camp. Firewood can be purchased at Camp for $20 per 10 pieces, paid by cash or check.
To make an off season reservation, mail to AMC Ponkapoag Camp, P.O. Box 582 Randolph, MA 02368 at least two weeks prior to desired dates:
- completed Off-season Reservation Form
- signed Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement (see Reservation Form link above)
- full payment by check or money order
Once the above is received, the Camp Manager will confirm your reservation by phone.
