Cabins can be rented during the off season (Sep to the 3rd week in Jun). During the off season the Lodge is not open; outhouses are open but without running water. Many cabins but not all are equipped with wood stoves for heat – see cabin listing below for details. Note that firewood is available for purchase at Camp; per DCR regulations, firewood can not be brought into Camp.

To make an off season reservation, mail to AMC Ponkapoag Camp, P.O. Box 582 Randolph, MA 02368 at least two weeks prior to desired dates:

• completed Off-season Reservation Form
• signed Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement (see Reservation Form link above)
• full payment by check or money order
  

Once the above is received, the Camp Manager will confirm your reservation by phone.

For stays starting after Dec 31, 2025

*Long Weekends include all weekends where a Federal or MA state holiday falls on a Monday, e.g. Memorial Day, Patriots’ Day, New Year’s on the years New Year’s Day falls on a Monday
