This page is used to edit the availability of cabins on the www.ponkapoagcamp.org/reservationform webpage. Click one of the buttons above to be taken directly to the editing page for each cabin. This is not linked to the main website, but can be found using a bookmark or shortcut on the desktop of the camp laptop, or even a cell phone.

To edit the calendar one day at a time you can select the month in the top left and then change the Availability for each of the days. There are three status fields at the moment, “Available”, “Booked”, and “Closed Off Season”. We can add more.

The “Description” field can be used for our internal notes. For instance, the name and cell phone numbers of the renters and payment status. It will never be shown to the public, only here. There is no limit on the amount of information in the description. but will be awkward to read if it extends longer than the visible space. Since reservations are usually for a week you can use multiple lines. While this information is hidden from the public it is not all that secure, so do not store bank card numbers here.

The “Tooltip” field will be shown to the public when they hover over a date. We likely want to keep this blank unless there is a special notice.

On the left hand side is a “Bulk Edit Availability” tool that can be used to edit multiple days at a time.

Make sure you press “Save Calendar” before you leave the page!
