Full week reservations
The 2025 Summer Season runs from Jun 22 to Sep 1. Check in hours are 1:00 to 6:00 on Sunday and check out time is 11:00 the following Sunday. The Summer Season reservation period opens March 1 and closes April 1; reservations received during this time are processed as a group. [Note that campers who have worked 15 volunteer hours over the previous year get first priority in cabin assignments.] Full week reservations received after April 1 will be processed as received. To make a reservation for a full week, mail to AMC Ponkapoag Camp, P.O. Box 582 Randolph, MA 02368:
- completed Summer Reservation Form
- signed Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement (see Reservation Form link above)
- full payment or deposit of at least 50% of total cost paid by check or money order
- any remaining balance must be paid upon check-in
- self-addressed, stamped envelope for confirmation.
The Camp Manager (781-961-7007) will be happy to discuss current availability and answer any questions, but reservations can not be made by phone; the Reservation Form and payment must be received for a cabin to be reserved.
Partial week reservations
Partial week reservations can only be made during the 7 days prior to the start of the rental period. To make a reservation for a partial week:
- call the Camp Manager at 781-961-7007 to check availability and discuss possible arrival times
- note it may not be possible to check in the day of your call
- once confirmed with the Camp Manager by phone, please bring with you at prearranged time
- completed Summer Reservation Form
- signed Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement (see Reservation Form link above)
- full payment for rental, paid by check or money order
